PART TIME VACANCY - JOB SHARE POST




WE ARE A SMALL, FRIENDLY FAMILY-RUN OFFICE LOCATED IN CHURCHDOWN. INSPIRED HEATING IS A SUCCESSFUL INTERNET BUSINESS DELIVERING PLUMBING AND HEATING COMPONENTS NATIONWIDE.

WE HAVE A VACANCY FOR A PART TIME GENERAL OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR.

DUTIES TO INCLUDE PROCESSING ORDERS, ARRANGING DELIVERIES WITH CUSTOMERS, AGREEING INVOICES, LIAISING WITH SUPPLIERS AND OTHER GENERAL OFFICE DUTIES.

CANDIDATES MUST BE COMPUTER LITERATE IDEALLY WITH EXPERIENCE OF MS EXCEL AND MS WORD. EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS AND GOOD ORGANISATIONAL SKILLS ARE ESSENTIAL.  

FLEXIBLE HOURS TO COVER THURSDAY AND FRIDAY - HOURS TO BE NEGOTIATED. WE WOULD CONSIDER TERM TIME ONLY IF PREFERRED FOR THE RIGHT CANDIDATE.
